  I have been in and around the real estate industry since 1990 as my high school sweetheart and husband, Paul Zorich’s personal assistant and in the past few years as a licensed Realtor with the Zorich Group of eXp Realty. Early on Paul and I owned and operated a construction company, we have purchased 23 homes over our lifetime most of them for renovation and flip, or for long term investment. 

Our lives have always been about building, construction and houses, it is simply in our families DNA. Our real estate history dates back to 1991 Paul became a licensed real estate Appraiser, and next to him as the office manager, the person who input the data and assisted with market research was non other than me! From flood maps to comparable sales graphs to packaging the appraisal reports, we both operated this company for just about fifteen years. 

Finally a move to the Nashville, TN area in 2007 began our new family business as a Real Estate Group that we grew to one of the top teams in the exclusive area of Williamson County. In recent years our son Luke Zorich has joined us in the family business that he too grew up in. Our family can renovate homes, perform construction tasks, view properties with a keen eye and estimate improvement costs instantly as well as  evaluate properties, buy, sell, rent and market homes!

Growing up in my family we were always taught the value of hard work and in particular through working on houses through renovating them! We are a tight knit family and I always remember being by my father’s side to tear something apart and put it back together again for the better, from carpentry, to tile, to drywall, insulation and room additions, there was no project to large that our family would not undertake! As I got older often I would accompany my father to appointments and just listen and learn. Around our home my father was constantly working twelve hours a day, always on the phone or working at his computer working on deals, negotiating and taking care of his clients. I could not help but to overhear all of this as it just subconsciously sunk into my brain.  

All of this experience has led me to learn about houses, construction, renovations, as well as working with people which has helped me to become a professional full-time Realtor with the Zorich Group and as a partner with eXp Realty, a global company!  I am proud to bring my background and staunch work ethic to our families real estate Group in order to provide you the best customer experience with an in-depth knowledge of the real estate business.
