All Agents at eXp both in residential Realty and eXp Commercial start out on an 80/20%, that is 80% to the Agent and 20% to eXp per transaction until you cap. If you are in Realty you cap when you pay $16,000 to the company within your calendar year and then you go to 100% commission of the rest of your calendar year. If you are in eXp Commercial, you are on an 80/20% split immediately and then when you achieve $100,000 in gross commission income, you go to 100% commission for the rest of your calendar year. When you work at eXp you are given FREE stock, a grant for hitting simple milestones. When you sell your first property every anniversary year you receive expi stock. You are given a second stock grant every time you sponsor an Agent  into the company and they complete their first transaction. You receive a third stock grant comes when you hit your annual cap ($16K Realty Agents, $20K Commercial Agent) eXp provides you more free stock. If you become an ICON Agent, when you do 20 sides after you cap as a Realty Agent, eXp returns that $16,000 in the form of a stock grant, thereby you are paying nothing to be at eXp, and your stock should grow over time.
